Wir informieren über das Asylverfahren und beraten Asysuchende über ihre persönlichen Chancen und Möglichkeiten während ihres Verfahrens und bei Asylentscheiden. In begründeten Fällen übernehmen wir die Rechtsvertretung und machen Eingaben im Mandat.
Vorläufig aufgenommene Personen (mit F-Ausweis) unterstützen und beraten wir beim Familiennachzug oder bei der Eingabe eines Härtefallgesuchs. Wir vermitteln bei Schwierigkeiten im Umgang mit Behörden, Ämtern und Institutionen und verweisen bei persönlichen, familiären und beruflichen Problemen an die entsprechenden Stellen. Das Angebot der Beratungsstelle kann von Asylsuchenden, deren Kontakt- und Betreuungspersonen, sowie von MitarbeiterInnen anderer Institutionen und Organisationen in Anspruch genommen werden. Die Beratungen sind für die Asylsuchenden kostenlos – bei schriftlichen Eingaben kann ein angemessenes Honorar erhoben werden. Für Personen mit Flüchtlingsstatus sowie für externe Institutionen und Organisationen sind unsere Diensleitungen in der Regel kostenpflichtig.
Unsere Beratung ist politisch und konfessionell neutral.

The Bündner Advice Centre for Asylum Seekers is authorised by the State Secretariat for Migration (SEM) as a legal advice centre for advice and legal representation in the extended asylum procedure.
We provide information about the asylum procedure and advise asylum seekers about their personal chances and options during their procedure and in the asylum decision process. In justified cases, we take on the legal representation and make submissions on behalf of the client.
We support and advise temporarily admitted persons (with an F permit) on family reunification or on submitting a hardship application. We mediate in the event of difficulties in dealing with authorities, offices and institutions and refer people to the appropriate offices in the context of personal, family and professional problems. The advice centre’s services are available to asylum seekers, their contact persons and caregivers, as well as employees of other institutions and organisations. Counselling is free of charge for asylum seekers – an appropriate fee may be charged for written submissions. For persons with refugee status and for external institutions and organisations, our services are generally subject to a fee.
Our counselling is politically and confessionally neutral.
